Delivery Fees and Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may arrive in one or more deliveries at different times, depending on where the products are fulfilled.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
At Store & Move, we aim to describe and display our products accurately. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Original packaging, accessories and instructions must be included.

Packing materials, including rolls and adhesive tapes, must be unopened and unused. Boxes must not have been assembled or used.
Customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 days after processing for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
How Do I Return a Product?
Contact our customer service team on 22210322, providing your order number and details of the products you wish to return. Our team will explain the next steps and help arrange the return.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please include photos so we can review the issue.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is approved, the value of the returned products will be refunded to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
Delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, our team will review the applicable refund, including delivery fees.
